If you are interested in using your insurance benefits, we ask that you contact your insurance company to get some information before your first session and obtain & share the reference number for your call/inquiry with your therapist.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

Do I have a deductible and has it been met? 

Do I have a copay or co-insurance and how much is it?

Is the practice, Growth & Healing Therapy Associates an in-network group with my insurance plan?

As a courtesy, Growth & Healing Therapy Associates will run a “VOB” (verification of benefits inquiry) once provided a copy of the front & back of your insurance card. Please know that the information obtained from the VOB is NOT a guarantee of payment/ coverage/ costs. It is only a estimate of your specific plan’s coverage/cost. Exact coverage/costs will be known only after first claim has been submitted/acceptance and we receive the “EOB” Explanation of Benefits which outlines actual/ exact coverage/cost for service(s). Your therapist will promptly communicate / confirm coverage/cost once EOB is received.
